Delivery

We do our utmost to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Orders are usually shipped the same day. However, we are not always able to do so. Sometimes products are out of stock, which means that the delivery of your order may take a little longer. If, for any reason, we are unable to meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

The prices listed do not include shipping costs. Standard shipping costs are €4.95

Delivery is via postman or parcel delivery from PostNL.

Oh no, is your package not to your liking? Can happen, of course, although the chances are slim

How can I return my parcel?

Send an email to info@pearlcandles.nl with your order number and order details. If you meet the return conditions, you can send your return.

As soon as we have received the package and everything is in order, we will transfer the remaining amount and you will receive a credit invoice. The money will be back in your account within 14 days!

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.
You will have another 14 days to return your product after cancellation.
You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the return costs from your home to the web shop are for your own account. These costs are approximately €7.25 per parcel, for the exact rates please consult your carrier's website.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging.
To exercise this right, please contact us at info@pearlcandles.nl.
We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return, provided the product has already been received back in good order.
Should the product be damaged or the packaging more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may pass on this depreciation of the product to you.
So treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packed when returning it.
